During our New Year stay, we enjoyed the beautiful scenery from our room and the nearby natural hot springs. the location was ideal for exploring the surrounding areas as we were able to easily take public transportation. the New Year's Eve banquet offered some delicious traditional dishes.
The cleanliness of our room left much to be desired. the bathroom had a strange odor and the bedding looked worn and outdated.

the room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the service at the hotel was average with staff being helpful when needed. the breakfast spread offered a decent variety of options to suit different tastes.
The lack of a shuttle service from the train station made it inconvenient without their own transportation.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the breathtaking view from the rotemburo. It was truly magical to soak in the hot springs while admiring the snow-covered mountains in the distance. the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area. It was conveniently situated near public transportation, making it easy to visit nearby attractions. Another advantage was the delicious food served at the hotel. The meals were well-prepared and offered a variety of tasty options.
Sadly, the weather during my stay was not ideal, and as a result, the view of the mountains was obscured. the hotel lacked some modern amenities.
